Hello everyone! My name is Tiffany Jordan, and this is my first year teaching at Wyland. I'm so excited to be here. I have my bachelor's degree in Psychology, with a focus in human development and family science. Currently, I'm working on a master's degree in teaching and learning at Washington University in St. Louis. I love learning and hope to share that love with my students! Previously, I taught English in Japan for a year, and first grade for a year. I love reading, playing volleyball, hanging out with my friends and family, and traveling. I'm looking forward to spending the year with you all!

Hello! My name is Sajah Ballard and I am thrilled to be teaching 4th grade this year! This will be my first year teaching. Before this, I completed a year of student teaching right here at Wyland in a 3rd grade classroom! I have my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Saint Louis University. I have two dogs named Domino and Noofy. We love to be outside either on walks, at the dog park, or swimming! When I am not in the classroom, you can find me with friends, exploring St. Louis, trying new foods and coffee shops, or binge watching a new show. I am so excited to be teaching this year and so excited to see some familiar faces! This year is going to be so much fun and an amazing learning opportunity for all of us! I cannot wait for a great year and I will see you all very soon!!

Hello! My name is Yvonne Leigh, and I have been teaching 4th Grade at Wyland for 13 years. I have been married for 36 years, and I have 3 adult children. All 5 of my grandchildren live in St. Louis. Their names are Oliver (5), Ophelia (4), Oakley (2), Reagan (3), and Benson (1). I love spending time playing with them.
When I am not with my grandchildren or teaching, I love to travel. I also love animals. I have 2 crazy dogs. I look forward to meeting you! We are going to have a wonderful year!

Hello! My name is Darleen Garcia. I am going into my first year of teaching here at Wyland. I am very excited to be teaching 4th grade! I graduated with my bachelors degree in Elementary Education from Saint Louis University. When I am not in the classroom I love to hang out with friends, listen to music and watch the sunset. I can't wait to see everyone in August!

Hello! My name is Mrs. Eickhoff! I’m thrilled to be starting my 9th year of teaching as part of the incredible 4th grade team here at Wyland. I’m so excited to continue learning and growing alongside this amazing community of students, families, and educators.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University and went on to complete my Master’s Degree in Special Reading at Lindenwood University. Teaching reading is one of my greatest passions because it encourages students to question the world around them, think deeply, and unlock new ideas through the magic of words and stories.
My husband and I love spending our free time together at the gym, gardening, cooking up tasty meals, and curling up with our dog, Duke, for a good movie night.
This school year will be filled with curiosity, creativity, collaboration, and—of course—lots of fun! By building a growth mindset and striving to be the best version of ourselves each day, we can make this an incredible year of learning. I’m so excited to partner with you and your child on this journey!
